It is quietly located in a completely enclosed property where you can park your vehicles (x2) safely, enjoy the garden and the terrace (garden furniture and barbecue).

This character house has been completely restored for your comfort. It is arranged on 2 levels and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor includes a large entrance with cupboards, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (2 sofas, TV), a laundry room (washing machine / dryer / ironing board and iron), a bathroom water with Wc, a bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 160x200 cm) with desk.

The first floor (under the roof) has 2 bedrooms for 2 people each (2 beds of 90x200 cm convertible into a 180x200 cm bed in one bedroom and 2 beds of 80x200 cm convertible into a 160x200 cm bed), a bathroom and WC independent.
