Welcome to our Holiday cottage "Les Grands Boquillons" (Pierrefonds), made up of two charming, fully renovated stone houses, only a few meters apart. Situated around 200 m from the Forest of Compiègne, "Les Grands Boquillons" is the ideal place to listen to the stag bellow. Our accommodation is 1.5 km from the village center, close to shops and restaurants. It's an excellent starting point for numerous nature and cultural walks that will take you to the region's tourist attractions: the villages of Saint-Jean-aux-Bois and Vieux-Moulin (5 km), the Imperial Palace of Compiègne (11 km), Clairière de l'Armistice (13 km), Cité internationale de la langue française (14 km), the medieval City of Senlis (40 km), Parc Astérix (65 km), Paris (90 km).
Charles de Gaulle Airport (56 km). 2 train stations: Compiègne and Crépy-en-Valois.
The large house (61 m² - 4 p):
Located on the owners' property.
Ground floor: Living room with pellet stove, TV (130cm), open, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom, separate WC.
Upstairs: Bedroom with 1 bed (160 x 200 cm) accessible via the mezzanine.
Mezzanine: 2 beds (90x200) that can be converted into a 180x200 bed.
Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
50m² terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.
La petite maison (48 m² 2p): Ground floor: Living room with fully-equipped kitchen. Living room with TV (140 cm). Upstairs: bedroom with bed 160 x 200, bathroom (shower 90x120 cm), separate WC.
1400 m² enclosed garden shared with the owners. Petanque court.
Private outdoor parking (3 spaces). Electric vehicle recharging point, bicycle garage.
Free Wifi. Baby Equipment on request. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. No parties allowed.

Picard par mes origines familiales, nous avons choisi, avec mon épouse Catherine, de nous installer dans le magnifique « Pays du Valois », sorte de retour aux sources pour ma part.
Nous avons toujours eu l'envie d'ouvrir, un jour, un gîte pour faire découvrir notre belle région, échanger avec des personnes d'horizons divers et partager le plaisir de nouvelles rencontres.
Nous avons pu mener à bien notre projet en rénovant entièrement nos deux gîtes « les Boquillons » et "au repos des Biches". Nous y avons pris énormément de plaisir, mis beaucoup de cœur et sommes heureux à l'idée de vous y recevoir prochainement.

Carole et Sandra Très beaux gîtes
Nous avons occupé les deux gîtes, qui étaient tous deux à la fois d'une grande propreté et d'un grand confort. L'ensemble est décoré avec goût dans un très beau cadre (on peut apercevoir un troupeau de biches). Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé.

Nous avons passé 4 jours enchanteurs aux Grands Bocquillons, un lieu calme et convivial pensé pour se retrouver en famille sans se gêner, et porté par l’accueil délicat de Catherine et François.
Les espaces des deux gîtes sont confortables et modernes, parfaitement entretenus.
