Les gites de l'Avre

Le gite de l'Avre is a combination of 2 gites that can accommodate families and tribes of up to 12 people.
It is located in the rural village of Avricourt on the border with the Somme, in the owners' working farmhouse (cereal farming, beekeeping and brewing) dating from 1928.

The gite is housed in old, typically Picardy, red-brick cowsheds that the owners have totally renovated to welcome you.

A perfect base for exploring the region, with destinations such as:
- Roye (8km),
- Noyon and its cathedral (15km),
- the "cité des bateliers" at Longueil-Annel (32 km)
- Compiègne and its Imperial Palace (32 km),
- Soissons 52 km.

Beds made on arrival, linen, towels, electricity, heating included, end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi access.

First floor: Large living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, pod and filter coffee makers, induction hob), dining area, lounge area with TV (110 cm), shower room with 88 x124 cm shower, washing machine, WC, 2-person bedroom (2 beds 90x200cm) with chest of drawers.

Gite 1 floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90 x 200 cm), chest of drawers, 2 bedrooms for 1 person (bed 90x200cm).
Bathroom with 77x120cm shower and WC.
Gite 2 floor: 4 Bedrooms including 2 bedrooms for 1 person (90x200cm bed) with storage space, 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 90x200cm beds) and 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 90x200cm beds) with its own 86x119cm shower room.

Baby equipment on request (bed, changing mat, high chair, bathtub, crockery).

Enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Enclosed parking in the owners' farmhouse (6 vehicles).
