Welcome to Pierrefonds, an Oise village famous for its fortified castle. We look forward to welcoming you to our gîte "Les Boquillons".
This completely renovated, freestanding stone house is just 200 m from the Compiègne national forest, the ideal place to listen to the famous brame du cerf.
"Les Boquillons is 1.5 km from the village center, close to shops and restaurants.
Our accommodation is an excellent starting point for numerous nature and cultural walks that will take you to the region's tourist attractions:
- The ponds of Saint-Pierre (2.5 km),
- The picturesque villages of Saint-Jean-aux-Bois and Vieux-Moulin (5 km),
- Imperial Palace of Compiègne (11 km),

Detached house of 61m² on 2 levels located on the owners' land.
First floor: Living room with pellet stove, TV (130cm), fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob) opening onto terrace, shower room, separate WC.
First floor: bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200cm bed, accessible via the mezzanine, study. Mezzanine: 2 beds 90x200 which can be converted into a bed 180x200.
Enclosed wooded garden of 1400m2 shared with the owners, private terrace of 50m², garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque court (equipment provided).
Outside laundry room with washer/dryer.
Private parking for 2 cars outside.
Green'up plug for electric vehicle recharging (extra charge - meter reading).
Beds made on arrival, linen, towels, electricity, heating, pellets included. Wifi
To preserve the tranquility of the premises, parties are not permitted - No smoking house.

Picard par mes origines familiales, nous avons choisi, avec mon épouse Catherine, de nous installer dans le magnifique « Pays du Valois », sorte de retour aux sources pour ma part.
Nous avons toujours eu l'envie d'ouvrir, un jour, un gîte pour faire découvrir notre belle région, échanger avec des personnes d'horizons divers et partager le plaisir de nouvelles rencontres.
Nous avons pu mener à bien notre projet en rénovant entièrement nos deux gîtes « les Boquillons » et "au repos des Biches". Nous y avons pris énormément de plaisir, mis beaucoup de cœur et sommes heureux à l'idée de vous y recevoir prochainement.

Greta en Gerard Grev Prachtige Gite in een mooi dorp
We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze gite. Bonus was dat in deze periode de edelherten letterlijk om de hoek hun burlende geluid laten horen. Pierrefonds is een mooi dorp met groot kasteel als blikvanger. Catherine en François zijn perfecte gastheren met veel tips voor restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.

Marjan Feels like home
After a warm welcome from the owners we had two great relaxed weeks in Pierrefonds. The accommodation is very well decorated. It really lacks nothing! The decor is stylish and we felt very much at home. The visit of our friends (who came by bike from Amsterdam) made the stay even more special. After a delicious lunch on the terrace, we played a game of petanque in the garden. Super! Thank you Catherine and François! For your interest and good care!
