Delphine and Sylvain welcome you to their fully renovated holiday cottage, located on their 19th-century farmstead in the village of Evricourt, in the heart of the Pays de Sources region.

Here you’ll find a peaceful setting; Mont du Cuy is perfect for hiking and walks, and the Divette Valley is ideal for Fishing enthusiasts.

It’s an ideal spot to explore Picardy and the Hauts-de-France region: Noyon (8 km). Fretoy-le-Château (skydiving) 17 km, Palace of Compiègne 36 km. Amiens 63 km. Beauvais 71 km. Laon 61 km, Paris 117 km.Lille 139 km and the beaches of the Picardy coast at Saint-Valéry-sur-Somme.

You’ll have access to an outdoor area of approximately 200 m² with a picnic table, barbecue, and lounge chair on the property.
Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard.

To enhance your stay, the owner offers several activities to help you explore the surrounding area. Take advantage of the rental of 4 bicycles (2 adult bikes and 2 children’s bikes) to explore the surrounding landscapes at your leisure. Rate: €10 per adult, free for Kids.

The owner also offers a Jeep Tour lasting about 1.5 hours, allowing you to discover the area and its attractions during a guided tour. This activity is available for €80 per outing, for up to 4 people. Activities are available from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting.

The Holiday cottage des écuries de Marquécy is a 60 m² gite on 2 levels for 4 people. After a few steps, you enter the bright, open-plan living area with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (filter and pod coffeemaker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven), living room with TV and connected loudspeaker. The gite also has a ground-floor shower room with a vanity unit (hairdryer) and walk-in shower. Separate toilet with hand-washer. Upstairs (under the eaves), a mezzanine sleeping area for 2 people with 2 beds (90x190) leads to a bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140x190). All baby equipment is available on site (Umbrella bed, high chair, plastic crockery, changing mat and games). Electric heating with reversible air-conditioning, Internet (WIFI). Beds made on arrival. Electricity included up to a maximum of 8 kwh/day, extra charge for electricity over this limit. Holiday cottage not accessible to PRM.
