The "Gite des Bocages" is an old 168 m² farmhouse on several levels. The 600 m² enclosed garden provides parking for 4 vehicles under a covered shelter.
The house is punctuated by steps and different levels, making it atypical and charming.
Enter via the terrace into the dining room with decorative fireplace, opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave). There's a living room with TV, a 2-person bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a bathroom with bathtub, a laundry room with washing machine, a bedroom with 2 adjustable 80x190cm beds with direct access to the garden, WC and shower room, and a bedroom with 2 90x190cm beds.
Upstairs: A study with sofa-bed and a bedroom (bed 140x190cm).
