Quietly located 70 m² gite in the village of Cannectancourt, 10 minutes from Ribécourt-Dreslincourt, with all services and shops (supermarket and Drive, bakeries, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, florist, ...), the farm is in the middle of fields and woods.

There are plenty of walks and mountain bike rides to enjoy, as well as the sites of the Great War nearby.

"Le Gîte de la Carmoye" is set in the heart of a 120-hectare rolling estate.
It's a 60 m² house adjoining the owners' house, fitted out for 6 people on 2 levels.

First floor: bright, open-plan living room (26 m2) with access to the garden. Equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, hob, freezer), living room with sofa bed for 2, TV. Separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms for 2 people (90x200cm beds, convertible into 180x200cm beds). Bathroom with shower (80 x 80 cm) and WC.

Washing machine and tumble dryer available in a separate building.

Unenclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking on the property.

Your stay is all-inclusive: beds are made on arrival, towels and household linen are provided, heating and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
