Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the village, this is the ideal place to enjoy a peaceful stay, while being close to many cultural activities and allowing you to enjoy beautiful walks in the surrounding area. The gîte has terraces all around the house, so you'll always find a shady spot to relax.

Andeville has a wide range of shops (250 m to 600 m), including a bakery, patisserie, grocery store, hairdressers and pharmacy.

You can visit Paris (76 km away) and discover the Musée de la Nacre et de la Tabletterie in Méru (tools used to make buttons, combs and mother-of-pearl objects...), the Domaine de Chantilly (30 km away), "capital of the horse", Auvers-sur-Oise (27 km away) with its famous Impressionist painters, or l'Isle Adam (23 km away). Beauvais's Saint-Pierre cathedral is 25 km away, while Pontoise is 29 km.

Quiet, bright, detached 80 m² house next to the owners' residence. The gîte has a large enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Access is via several steps. Please note that the owners have a right of way in front of the gîte.

On the same level: Separate fitted kitchen, living room, sofa with TV. One bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 90x200 beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. WC.
