The gite is 2.5 km from Milly-sur-Therain, where you'll find all the shops (restaurants, 24-hour pizza dispenser, bakery, delicatessen, mini-market, Friday morning Market) and the station (Paris-Beauvais-Le Tréport line)..) 30 m² apartment on the 1st floor of the owners' house, on the banks of the Thérain.
On the ground floor, you enter a games room with table soccer and a view of the old mill wheel.

The gite is upstairs, with a view across the Thérain river.
There's a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, stove with oven and hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, washing machine), a lounge with sofa bed, TV (110 cm), a small bedroom for 2 people (bed 140x190 cm), a shower room (shower 0.85 x 1.18 cm) with toilet, vanity unit (hairdryer).

In the garden (shared with the owners), enjoy the sound of the water on the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
