L'Avre y Court

The Avre de Paix gite is located in the rural village of Avricourt, on the border of the Somme. It is housed in the 1928 farmhouse of the current owners (cereal farmers, beekeeper and brewer).

The gite is housed in old, typically Picardy, red-brick cowsheds that the owners have totally renovated to welcome you.

A perfect base for exploring the region, with destinations such as:
- Roye (8km),
- Noyon and its cathedral (15km),
- the "cité des bateliers" at Longueil-Annel (32 km)
- Compiègne and its Imperial Palace (32 km),
- Soissons 52 km.
- Château de Pierrefonds 51 km,

Semi-detached house 100 m² on 2 levels, close to the owners' house and adjoining a 2nd gite.

First floor: Large living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, pod and filter coffee makers, induction hob), dining area, sitting area with TV (110 cm) and separate toilet.

Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms for 1 person (90x200cm bed) with storage space, 1 bedroom for 2 persons (2 90x200cm beds) and 1 bedroom for 2 persons (2 90x200cm beds) with its own 86x119 cm shower room.

Separate shower room with 87 x119 cm shower, WC, washing machine and hairdryer.

Baby equipment on request (bed, changing mat, high chair, bathtub, crockery).
Beds made on arrival, linen and cleaning included. Wifi access.
Electricity included up to 65 kwh/day. Any excess will be charged to the Traveler.

80m² garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
