The location of this gite is ideal for discovering the town of Crépy-en-Valois as well as the department's tourist sites: 19 km from Château de Pierrefonds, 30 km from Senlis, 31 km from Parc de loisirs la Mer de Sable, 39 km from Parc Astérix , 38 km from Domaine de Chantilly and only 45 km from Villepinte and Charles de Gaulle Airport.

This 70m² gite on 2 levels is tastefully furnished and decorated. It can accommodate up to 3 people.

It comprises :
- First floor: a pleasant, bright, open-plan living room with TV, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker with pod) and a bathroom with toilet.

- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 120 x200 cm in each) and a bathroom with WC.

This home also features a private garden with terrace. Parking is available in a shared parking lot, and two private parking spaces are also available.

For your convenience, linen, towels and sheets are included in the price. A meter reading will be taken for payment of electricity charges. End-of-stay cleaning is extra (€100).
