La Petite Cassine

"La Petite Cassine is located in Tracy-le Val, a village in the Noyonnais region, in the heart of the Laigue forest. It's a very pleasant village in which to stroll and relax. You'll find a mini-market, a bakery and a pharmacy 1 km away in the village of Tracy le Mont, and Noyon and all its amenities (restaurants, cinema, supermarket, etc.) 12 km away.

"La Petite Cassine" is a 100 m² self-catering cottage on one level for 4 people (4 single beds). It's a bright, renovated house surrounded by a 1500 m² enclosed garden planted with trees.

Entrance hall, large 50 m² open-plan living room with sitting area (2 sofas, one of which converts 140x190 cm), smart TV (103 cm), fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, induction hob, pod and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle...), dining area, small laundry room with washing machine.

2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed that can be converted into 2 80x200cm beds.
