Quiet Holiday cottage in the heart of Picardie Verte, 8.5 km from Gerberoy, 13 km from Portes de la Normandie with Gournay en Bray, 30 km from Cathédrale Saint Pierre de Beauvais.
Holiday cottage close to Hiking trails (maps available).
90 m² single-storey Holiday cottage. It's a traditional Pays de Bray house built of beams and cob. There's an enclosed courtyard in front of the Holiday cottage with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs where you can park your vehicles, and a private enclosed garden of 120 m² surrounded by hedges behind the Holiday cottage with garden furniture. You enter the living room equipped with a fireplace, TV, TNT, (possibility of 1 extra bed for 1 person). There's a kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave, and a dining room. A bathroom with shower and washbasin - separate WC. 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed in each (140x190 cm). Possibility of closed bicycle room. Heating according to consumption. Bungalow partially adapted for handicapped people. Welcome by the owners.

Je suis passionné de brocante, trouver des objets de la vie quotidienne d'autrefois, des machines agricoles anciennes. D'ailleurs,vous pourrez les découvrir dans le gîte . Je m'investis beaucoup dans l'association "Les amis du moulin de Cleutin" où je peux faire visiter le site. De nombreux objets anciens et machines sont visibles. Je pratique la marche à pied.J'apprécie également le jardinage, les produits du terroir.

Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis très bien à la ferme d'Annie, la famille et le chien ... Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, relation de confiance. Le gîte était déjà chauffé quand nous sommes arrivés, intérieur très bien entretenu comme les espaces extérieurs (de magnifiques primevères en prime). Tranquillité, calme, tout confort pratique. Nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour.

Un bon accueil par le propriétaire. Des œufs frais, une bouteille de cidre et de confiture dans le frigo, merveilleux ! La gîte était très propre et avec tout ce qu'on y'avait besoin pour s'installer et se détendre c'est presque comme chez nous. Donc
La gîte est située à la campagne loin des villes et des commerces.
Merci pour des petits cadeaux pendant notre séjour: des tomates et des figues!

Brian & Andrea Fabulous Holiday
This is our fourth stay at the farm. And we intend to keep going. We both enjoy the tranquility and peace of this location. Apart from the occasional sound of a tractor, it is so quiet and this makes it the perfect location for us.
Wherever we take our European holiday we always spend the last week at Le Ferme d'Annie. Denis is a fabulous host and always welcomes us with a smile and a few items already on the property such as a block of delicious local cheese and eggs.
We consider this to be a home from home, from the second we drive into the farm until we leave.
If you are looking for total peace of mind in a fabulous location, in a property that is cool in the summer and no doubt warm in the winter then this is the location for you. We have no problems recommending this Farm as a holiday location.
