Access is fully secured by a video-surveillance system and a unique code to open the gate and front door.

First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, fridge, freezer, wine cellar, etc.) and utility room (food processor, washing machine, tumble dryer), dining room opening onto living room with central fireplace, TV, office for telecommuting. Connected speaker system on ground floor.
1 bedroom with bathroom (shower + bath), toilet and dressing room - PMR-accessible.

1st floor: 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms and TV, dressing room.

2nd floor: cinema room, games room with table soccer, billiards, rowing machine and multi-purpose room (for seminars or yoga classes).
