First floor: Entrance hall, dining room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), closed living room with TV (105 cm), sofa bed (140x190 cm) and decorative fireplace. Shower room with washing machine and hairdryer. Separate WC.

Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms for 2 people each (1 double bed 140x200 cm, 1 crib and 2 single beds 90x190 cm).

Semi-enclosed 600m² garden with garden furniture and barbecue - Parking (4 cars) - Shared entrance with Patrice Blondel who lives behind the gite.
