This self-contained Holiday cottage is set in a 3000 m² flower-filled garden shared with the owners' house, and benefits from a private outdoor area designed for your comfort and peace and quiet.

First floor: the bright living room features a connected TV and sound bar, as well as adaptive lighting. A modern, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer, food processor, pod coffee maker, etc.) opens onto the dining area.

Upstairs: Two spacious, comfortable bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed, the second with two 90x200 beds. A modern shower room and separate WC.

Outside, you'll enjoy a shared garden as well as a private area with garden furniture, barbecue, and games such as croquet or a giant power 4.
