Small independent single-storey house (50 m²) with garden enclosed by a hedge (without fence).
You have a large very bright living room with open equipped kitchen, overlooking the living room where there is a TV and a sofa bed.
The bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed (160x200) and its wardrobe. A bathroom equipped with a shower, a washbasin cabinet. Separate WC equipped with a hand basin and a washing machine / dryer.
The garden of approximately 100m² is equipped with a terrace with garden furniture, a private spa (depending on the season) and a plancha is at your disposal.
For parking, the cottage has an independent garage for any vehicle.
For your comfort all charges are included, beds are made on arrival and towels and house linen await you on site.
Free on-site provision of 2 electric bikes (helmets provided) Welcome to Au Tio Potier, a little corner of Savignies, an authentic village of Potters located 8 km from Beauvais, 12 km from Gerberoy, 60 km from Amiens, 67 km from the Chantilly area, 93 km from Paris and its airport Charles de Gaulle.
This newly renovated cottage will welcome you with all modern comforts. We offer electric bikes to enjoy the surroundings of our wooded and hilly region of the Pays de Bray.
For your children, do not forget the Saint Paul park located 7 km from the cottage. The sea with Le Tréport is only 1 hour away.

Superb!
5/5Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans ce gîte. Il est très confortable et équipé de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. C'est un endroit très relaxant et nous nous sommes sentis totalement restaurés ! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et gentils - et très tolérants de nos tentatives de conversation en français. Une belle région intéressante à explorer et nous recommanderions certainement Au Tio Potier à d'autres. Merci pour un excellent séjour.

5/5Très beau gite. Bien décoré et très confortable.
Tout est bien pensé. On se sent bien accueilli. Il y a plein de petites attentions que l'on découvre au fur et à mesure.

Another fantastic holiday
5/5After staying here in June we decided to return in order to explore this beautiful area again. As before the gite was immaculate with everything you need. Valerie and Phillipe are amazing hosts-so friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive. We walked and cycled and visited Amiens,Beauvais, Gisors and Le Tréport/ Mers les Bains (on the train). We feel Au Tio Potier is fast becoming our little French bolt hole. Thank you again Valerie and Phillipe.
