Welcome to Au Tio Potier, a little corner of Savignies, an authentic village of Potiers located 8 km from Beauvais, 12 km from Gerberoy, 60 km from Amiens, 67 km from Chantilly, 93 km from Paris and its Charles de Gaulle Airport.
This newly renovated cottage will welcome you with all modern comforts. Electric bicycles are available to help you explore our wooded and hilly Pays de Bray region.
For your children, don't forget the Saint Paul park 7 km from the gite. Le Tréport is only 1 hour's drive away.
Small detached single-storey house (50 m²) with garden enclosed by a hedge (no fence).
You'll find a large, bright living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, opening onto the sitting room with TV and sofa bed.
The bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed (160x200) and closet. Bathroom with shower and vanity unit. Separate WC with washbasin and washing machine/dryer.
The 100m² garden features a terrace with garden furniture, a private spa (depending on the season) and a plancha.
For parking, the gite has an independent garage for all vehicles.
For your convenience, all utilities are included, beds are made up on arrival, and towels and household linen are provided on site.
2 electric bikes available free of charge (helmets provided).

Not needed Gite très agréable
Klein-maar-fijn huisje gelegen in een leuk karakteristiek Picardisch dorpje. De eigenaren ontvingen ons hartelijk met eigen gemaakte jam en honing. Tio Potier ligt naast het huis van de eigenaren die hun best doen om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Toen de remmen van één van de electrische fietsen (hoort bij huisje) wat gammel bleek kregen wij spontaan een vervangende fiets.
Het huisje ligt aan een rustige weg en is uitermate geschikt voor verblijf van twee personen. Schoon en voorzien van goed werkende moderne (keuken)gemakken, een fijn tweepersoonsbed en zelfs een kleine jacuzzi. Er is voldoende privacy om lekker in de tuin een boekje te lezen of te zonnen in de luie tuinstoelen. En ook zo tegen het einde van het vakantieseizoen (september) zijn in de omgeving nog steeds genoeg kastelen, tuinen en ander interessant vermaak te vinden, zo ook een fietstocht te maken.
Voor een restaurant en boodschappen doen moet je een klein eindje rijden.
Om af te sluiten : “Wil ik hier nog een keertje terugkomen?”, Jazeker wel :-)).

Un accueil absolument incroyable des propriétaires avec des petites attentions qui font extrêmement plaisir.

Vi have den fantastisk uge i Au Tio Potier, huset har al den komfort man kan ønske sig og Savignies er en hyggelig lille landsby, i et smukt bakket landskab. Tak til Valerie og Philipe for de lokale produkter vi fik ved ankomsten og så er I bedre til engelsk end I selv tror.
