Welcome to Stud'Aix, nestled between Lille and Valenciennes, in a rural setting where you can discover the charm of a small gîte set in an old farmhouse dating back to 1800. Ideally located at the gateway to Lille, the capital of Flanders, Douai, famous for its Gayant giants, the spa town of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, Valenciennes, the Scarpe Escaut Regional Nature Park and Belgium, our gîte offers an ideal starting point for exploring this region rich in history and nature.

Culture, traditions and nature are just some of the sights to be discovered and rediscovered along the many hiking, horse-riding and cycling trails that dot the region....
The thermal baths of Saint-Amand les Eaux (Chaîne Thermale du Soleil°) are 15km away, Tournai (B) 18km, Lille 25km, Villeneuve D'Ascq and the Pierre Mauroy stadium (Decathlon Arena) 24km and Valenciennes 30km.

25m² gîte on the first floor of a former granary.
Fitted kitchen with table-top fridge, combined oven-microwave, 2-burner induction hob, NO dishwasher).
Living area with a 100x175cm BZ-type sofa-bed (suitable for a child). 80cm TV and fiber-optic WIFI.

One bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm (convertible into a double bed 180x190cm) and a desk for telecommuting. Cot and high chair available on request.
Bathroom with 80x80cm shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine.

Garden of 20m² with garden furniture and barbecue.
Shared parking with another gîte with space for two vehicles.

All-inclusive package (energy costs, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning).
Compulsory deposit of €220 by cheque on arrival or by credit card imprint online.
