Whether you're a couple or a family, we look forward to welcoming you to our village in the Avesnois Nature Park, between Avesnes sur Helpe and La Capelle (Aisne). Why not give up your car? The Avesnois is a treasure trove for walkers, cyclists and even horse riders, with many picturesque sites to discover.

With its lush green meadows, bocage and gently undulating terrain in the south-east (which marks the start of the Ardennes foothills), the Avesnois is often referred to as the "Little Switzerland of the North". It's an ideal place to take a break, spend a vacation, go hiking and discover all the riches of the local terroir.

Supermarket and bakery in La Capelle 6.5 km away (racecourse), Maroilles 19 km, Avesnes/Helpe 15 km, Maubeuge and the Val Joly tourist resort (water sports center with windsurfing, pedalos, paddle, aquatic center, horseback riding...) 30 km away.

At Le Petit Floyon, this wooden chalet is accessed by a small 5-step staircase.

First floor: open kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. Living room with 80 cm TV, DVD-DVX player and 140 x 190 cm sofa-bed.
Bathroom with 80 x 80 cm shower cubicle and toilet.

Upstairs, landing bedroom (not closed) with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a 140 x 70 cm child's bed and a small bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds.

Cot and high chair available on request. NO WIFI.

The 19m² terrace is covered and equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
The 3,000m² enclosed grounds feature a secure pond and a swing set. Private, gated parking.

Energy charges included (water, electricity, fuel).
Sheets, towels, cleaning fee and outdoor spa (open all year round - optional extra, to be arranged directly with the owner).
