The center of Lille can be reached in just 20 minutes by public transport (bus and train), making it easy to get around for business or pleasure. The Fretin train station (5 km away) provides quick access to Lille and surrounding cities.

In the immediate vicinity, the Haute Borne science park (Villeneuve-d'Ascq), a center of excellence in research and innovation, is within easy reach, as is the Stade Pierre Mauroy - Decathlon Arena (4.5 km away), a must for sporting events and concerts. The Holiday cottage is also ideally located for discovering Belgium, accessible in less than 30 minutes, with destinations such as Tournai, Courtrai or Brussels for cultural and gastronomic escapades.

The accommodation is located directly opposite the church. The church chimes the hours and the Angelus at 7:00 am, 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm. The house is well soundproofed, although the sound may be slightly perceptible, particularly in the bedroom. Earplugs are provided free of charge to ensure optimum comfort.
