Eppe-Sauvage lies on the Belgian border, in the heart of the Avesnois Regional Nature Park. In the past, the village was home to a seigniory, bearing witness to its ancient past.
Today, the village of Eppe-Sauvage owes its reputation to the Val Joly tourist resort, set in the heart of the Forest and bordering a 180-hectare Lake. Here you can go sailing, canoeing, pedal-boating or fishing.... There are also Hiking and cycling trails around the Lake, making the commune ideal for a peaceful vacation in harmony with nature, as well as for a wide range of outdoor activities, both sporting and otherwise.

Ideally located, the village of Eppe-Sauvage is a perfect base for enjoying the sights of the Nord region, such as the nearby Fourmies Ecomuseum, or the various departmental Museums such as the Gallo-Roman site at Bavay, as well as discovering Belgium (Chimay 16 km away).

First floor: open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3 gas hobs and one electric). Living room with pellet stove, sofa with two seats and two armchairs, 80cm TV, WIFI (fiber optic).

Separate WC (sanibroyeur). Bedroom with 140x190cm bed, bathroom with bath (shower screen), washbasin and washing machine.

Upstairs: Mezzanine with reading area, two attic bedrooms, each with a 90x190cm bed. Baby bed and high chair available.

Adjoining 50m² terrace, not overlooked, with garden furniture and barbecue. Two private parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage.
Holiday cottage all utilities included: energy costs, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Two bags of pellets per week are provided for the stove.
