This single-story cottage, designed for two people, enjoys a prime location in the heart of the village. Adjacent to a storage room and near two other holiday cottages, it offers all the comforts you need for a romantic getaway, a business trip, or a tourist getaway.

You’ll enjoy a pleasant 45 m² private garden, complete with patio furniture and a charcoal grill—perfect for savoring sunny days in a lush, green setting.

Just a short walk from the holiday cottage, the Sentier de la Motte—a 4.8 km marked trail—lets you explore the typical landscapes of the mining basin and the surrounding countryside. Nature lovers will also appreciate the proximity of Lake Rieulay, just 2 km away, with its walking trails, recreational areas, and playgrounds.
