Anne Laure and Patrick invite you to discover their gîte in Aniche, located in the Douaisis region, in the center of the Douai-Cambrai-Valenciennes triangle. Just 1km from the Somain exit of the A21 freeway, you're 30 minutes from towns such as Lille, the spa town of Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux, Lens, Tournai (Belgium)...

During your stay, you'll enjoy many local festivals (market, ducasse, Kopierre festivities...). You can also visit the historic mining center of Lewarde (8 km), the Louvre Lens museum (43 km), the carillon of Douai (23 km), the Arkéos museum-park (20 km), the citadel and underground passages of Cambrai (20 km), and factory visits which are around 30 minutes away by car.

66m² gîte in a semi-detached house close to a busy street with private 25m² terrace not overlooked (garden, barbecue). Non-adjoining garden of 300m².

First floor: fitted kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, 4 gas rings, dishwasher), dining/living room with 80cm TV, shower room with Italian shower (85x115cm), washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate WC.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds 90x200cm. Baby equipment on request (high chair, cot). Cot on request.

Bed linen provided. Gas heating, charges included. WIFI. Housework package extra. Bathroom linen available for hire.

Private parking for 3 vehicles in front of the gîte.
