Come and enjoy the calm and authenticity of Landas, and put down your suitcases in our comfortable Holiday cottage, fully adapted for people with reduced mobility. Ideally situated between Orchies and the spa town of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, it's the perfect base for exploring the region in complete tranquillity, with a host of Hiking trails in the heart of the village for a delightful escape into the fresh air. Just 3 km away, access to the Lille-Valenciennes freeway makes it easy to get around: Belgium can be reached in just a few minutes, while Lille is just 30 km away. Nearby, let yourself be enchanted by the landscapes of the Scarpe-Escaut Regional Nature Park. Peaceful forests, verdant meadows and bucolic paths invite you to relax and get away from it all. On foot, by bike or on horseback, you can explore this unspoilt natural setting, including the abbey tower of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, 14 km away, and the relaxing benefits of the Thermal baths. You'll also be close to the cities of Orchies (5 km), Douai and Valenciennes (24 km). For a cultural getaway, the Centre Historique Minier de Lewarde is 24 km away, and the Louvre-Lens museum is 45 km away. The Landas train station is 2 km away, and the Orchies train station is 4 km away, making it easy to get around. Open kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker. Bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine. Separate WC. One bedroom, accessible to all, with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be made into a double bed (180x190 cm). Baby equipment: cot, highchair, bath and changing table. Upstairs: one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be made into a double bed (180x190 cm).

Enclosed 155 m² grounds and 25 m² terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue. Secure private parking for two vehicles. Energy charges and bed linen included in the price. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning optional.
