Living room with 81cm flat-screen TV, shower room (WC, washbasin and 145x110cm Italian shower). Bedroom 1, accessible to a person with reduced mobility: 1 x 160x200cm bed. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140x190cm bed and 1 x 90x190cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90x190cm beds. View over an enclosed 320m² garden, with 25m² terrace, not overlooked. You can park your car in the garage (1 car), as well as 3 other cars in the courtyard. Barbecue (charcoal).
