In the heart of the Avesnois Regional Nature Park, Anne and Roland welcome you to their Holiday cottage near their organic farm.
Enjoy fresh milk for breakfast. We'll share our passion for nature with you, and why not take part in milking the cows and visiting the farm.
Spend the day at the Val Joly tourist resort (Eppe Sauvage): sailing, paddle, on-site Piscine, Hiking, riding center.
Maroilles 10km, Maubeuge walled City (Zoo, Fort Leveau) 25km, Valenciennes 35km, Chimay (B) 35km.
Shops 3km away.
Single-storey, self-contained Holiday cottage located in the Countryside on an organic farm and 2km from the village center.
Living room with dining area, 100cm TV and WIFI.
Kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, two-burner electric hob, oven, microwave, filter and pod coffee maker.
One bedroom with double bed 140x190cm and one bedroom with double bed 160x200cm. Baby bed available.
Bathroom with 80x80cm shower cubicle, bath and separate WC.
Storeroom with washing machine.
Private garden with garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue.

Je suis a la retraite et aime le contact. Mon gite me fait voyager sans bouger, à écouter le récit des occupants et en échange je leur fait découvrir la nature. Je leur fait gouter le cidre local avec de la tarte au sucre. Les touristes peuvent venir traire les vaches et gouter le lait bio.
Voilà ce que je propose a tout ceux qui viendront l'avesnois !

Gîte très bien situé en campagne, à côté de la ferme...on peut aller voir la traite des vaches...calme assuré, Gîte fonctionnel, très agréable.
L'accueil est formidable, sincère et spontané, de petites attentions de bienvenue sont offertes, le cœur des gens du nord.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Madame Lienard Anne nous a accueillis chaleureusement dès notre arrivée, nous expliquant tout ce qu'il y avait à savoir. Le gîte est parfaitement conforme à la description, les lits sont confortables et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration artistique et l'environnement verdoyant. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se ressourcer, avec de nombreux chemins de randonnée à proximité. Madame Lienard a toujours été disponible et réactive. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Twinky logement malsain
Dès notre arrivée dans le logement une forte odeur de de moisi et d'humidité s'est fait sentir mais on est bien obligé de subir ces inconvénient. De plus si vous faîtes le tour du logement vous constatez que celui-ci n'est pas propre / poussières et traces de gras sur le dessus des meubles et autres endroits du logement.
