In a quiet village center, in a bourgeois house on the edge of the Mormal forest, 85 m² self-contained gîte.
Landscaped garden of 1,500m², terrace and 2-hectare wooded park enclosed by hedges with garden furniture and barbecue (charcoal), parasol. The forest is at the bottom of the garden.

First floor: dining room and fitted kitchen. Large 25m² bedroom with 2 80x200 beds (possibility of 1 180x200 bed), en-suite shower room with 90x90 shower cubicle (hydromassage jets), washbasin and WC.
First floor: Lounge/games room on landing, 15m² bedroom with 2 beds 80x200 (possibility bed 160x200), large shower room with shower cubicle 120x90 and WC. Possibility of adding an extra bed for 2 people.
Private parking in courtyard (4 spaces).

2 TVs: 1 80 cm and 1 120 cm
Wifi (the gîte has its own box, fiber). Gas central heating included.
