Secure and closed parking, enclosed garden with terrace (barbecue, garden furniture and outdoor lounge with loungers, local bicycles). Ground floor: Living room / kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob), lounge (flat screen TV, WIFI, access step), bedroom (2 beds 90x200 with a step at the entrance, possibility bed 180x200), WC, bathroom with bath, shower cabin and washbasin. Floor: a room in mezzanine: (2 beds 90x200, possibility reads 180x200), a second room in mezzanine with a kangaroo bed 90x200, (possibility 170x200). Cot on request.
