This 70 m² Holiday cottage, adjoining another Holiday cottage (Le Bouleau 20460), offers a warm and inviting living space including a comfortable living room with 80 cm TV, sofa, two armchairs and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer) perfect for sharing convivial moments. On the first floor, two welcoming bedrooms offer all the comfort you need for optimal rest, with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. One room has a 140x200cm bed, the other three 90x200cm beds (or a 180X200cm double bed). 120x90cm shower room, washbasin. Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace planted with flowers, ideal for relaxing on sunny days, as well as a secure, landscaped courtyard, ideal for socializing. An enclosed parking lot with motorized gates guarantees peace of mind and convenience for the duration of your stay. On the first floor: living room with 80cm TV, sofa and 2 armchairs. For an even more relaxing experience, a Wellbeing area with Sauna and Spa (extra charge) allows you to extend these moments of relaxation, with a soothing view over the surrounding pastures.
