Ideally located in the heart of the town, opposite the towpath perfect for walking or cycling, this gîte offers the perfect setting for discovering Quesnoy-sur-Deûle, a real town in the countryside! Shops and a bus stop are just 500 meters away, while the train station is 950 meters away.

What's more, its proximity to many places of interest makes it an ideal base for exploring the region: Belgium is just 5 km away, Bondues and the Prés du Hem base in Armentières are 6 km, Marcq-en-Baroeul is 5 km, Comines 7 km, and Lille, with its many attractions such as the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Vieux Lille, the Opera and the Citadelle, is 12 km away. You can also discover the Monts de Flandre (25 km), Bruges (60 km) and Brussels (100 km).

This 50 m², single-storey, semi-detached gîte is set in a wing of the owners' house. It has been carefully decorated to ensure a pleasant stay.

Living room/kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, table-top), lounge with 80cm TV, sofa bed (140x190cm + 80x190cm ). 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90/200 (or 180x200cm), shower room with 120x85cm Italian shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.

Private enclosed garden of 28 m² with garden furniture, as well as a communal garden with a small unfenced pond, vegetable garden, insect hotel and children's play equipment such as swings, slide, trampoline and small bikes. Adult bikes are also available. You'll find a variety of feathered animals, including chickens, parakeets and a peacock pigeon.
