First floor: living room with pellet stove, sitting room with ethanol fireplace, sofa and 80cm TV, kitchen (4 gas rings, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven), shower room with Italian shower and washbasin. Separate WC. Bedroom with 1 bed 160x200.
First floor: relaxation area with sofa, books and board games. Bathroom (communicating with the 2 bedrooms) with island bath and washbasin. One bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 and another with 1 bed 160x200. Cot available on request.

Veranda, 250m² enclosed private garden, 10m² terrace with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Enclosed grounds with 3 goats. Garage for motorcycles and secure parking spaces for cars.
