Located near the spa town of Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux and Lecelles (famous for its strawberries), this 45 m² gîte adjoins gîte 3824 and is in the heart of the Scarpe-Escaut Nature Park (a great diversity of landscapes, with forests, marshes, meadows... and home to a varied fauna and flora, with many protected species).

First floor: living room/kitchenette (sink, oven, 3 gas hobs, 1 electric, fridge-freezer, microwave).

First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 140x190 bed, 60cm TV, DVD player), 1 small bedroom (1 x 90 bed), separate WC, bathroom with corner shower cubicle, washbasin, washing machine, tumble dryer.
