First floor: living room with PMR-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer), 110 cm flat-screen TV, 1 PMR bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200 bed (or 2 x 80 x 200 beds), en-suite shower room with Italian shower (140x90), washbasin and WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bed 160 x 200 (possibility of 2 beds 80x200). 1 shower room with Italian shower (90x100). Separate WC.

Private enclosed grounds of 250m², including 15m² covered terrace and private enclosed parking for 2 cars.

WIFI ACCESS. Baby gîte. Electric heating (reversible air-conditioning) with bed linen and utilities included.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Pets are welcome, but may not be left alone in the gîte, inside or out.
