In a green, calm and privileged environment, perfect for recharging one's batteries, history and heritage lovers shouldn't miss the opportunity to explore the nearby mining basin, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (mining sites: Wallers, Mare à Goriaux and the famous Trouée d'Aremberg, emblematic route of the Paris-Roubaix race). The Argales de Rieulay leisure park, located on a mine subsidence, offers canoeing and kayaking. Hiking enthusiasts can take advantage of the many trails, while local shops are a 5-minute walk away and local producers 2 km. away. The region abounds in estaminets and local breweries for beer lovers.

Enclosed, secure parking for 6 vehicles, private garden with 350 m² terrace, boules area, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs and bike storage. A ping-pong table and 2 bicycles are also available.
