You can enjoy the beaches of the Nord region, particularly in Dunkerque and on the famous beach of Malo-les-Bains, ideal for families with its vast stretches of sand, water sports and entertainment. A little further afield, explore the beaches of the Côte d'Opale in the Pas-de-Calais, offering wild dunes, wide open spaces and spectacular scenery. The area abounds in activities: seaside walks, water sports, discovering the port and museums of Dunkirk, or relaxing on the beaches. On the nature front, the area around Bollezeele invites you to slow down and take in the scenery, while nearby you can discover villages and towns with character: Esquelbecq 10 km away, renowned for its charm, cultural events and craft workshops, Saint-Omer 18 km away, with its UNESCO-listed Audomarois marshes and boat trips, and Wormhout 12 km away.
