Open-plan kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner induction hob, filter and pod coffee maker. Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, washer-dryer and WC. First floor: landing with office area and bedroom with double bed 180x200cm or two single beds 90x200cm on request. TV 56cm. Baby bed and high chair on request. 25m² private garden with privacy screen, garden furniture, lounge chair and charcoal barbecue. Shared courtyard with the owners and their friendly dogs. Parking in the courtyard secured by a gate and covered shelter for bikes and motorcycles. Energy charges and bed linen included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning and towels optional.
