Between Douai and Cambrai, in the Sensée valley dotted with ponds and canals, Chantal and Jean-Michel welcome you to their spacious and charming south-facing Holiday cottage. They have transformed a former carpentry and cabinetmaking workshop, preserving its original features and adding a winter garden.
With a passion for plants and ecology, you'll find herbs and berries in season in the two small terraced gardens adjoining the Holiday cottage.
If you enjoy walking, cycling or Fishing, you'll be delighted to know that the green, wooded banks of the Sensée canal are just 300 meters away. You'll also be able to stroll along the lakes, which are ideal for canoeing, paddling and sailing. Several horse-riding clubs in the vicinity. City-stadium 500m from the Holiday cottage. Le Fleury amusement park 6km away.
