Detached Holiday cottage located on a property close to the owners' house.

First floor. Living room with open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, pod coffee maker, etc.) and sitting room with wood-burning stove, 80cm TV and WIFI (fiber optic).

First floor: mezzanine with a 140x200cm double bed and a bedroom with two 90x200cm single beds that can be twinned to form a 180x200cm double bed.
Bathroom with Italian shower (100x100cm) and washing machine. Separate WC.

Enclosed 9700 m² garden with 20 m² terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and charcoal barbecue.
Unsecured pond nearby.
Private covered parking for one car and a parking space in front of the Holiday cottage.

Utilities included (wood for the stove is provided for the 1st week). Beds made on arrival.
