We've fallen in love with this gîte, ideally located for getting together with family or friends in a setting combining charm and contemporary decor.

Halfway between Hazebrouck and Saint-Omer (Maison du Marais, boat trip), in the middle of the countryside, in a small street crossing the small Serre wood, a harbinger of the Forêt Domaniale de Clairmarais, the edge of which is less than two kilometers from the gîte.

The Gîte de la Roseraie is just 1 km from the Parc Naturel Régional des Caps et Marais d'Opale. Privileged location within easy reach of Saint-Omer, Cassel Village Préféré des Français 2018 and Hazebrouck.

First floor: two bedrooms, each with two single beds 90x200cm (convertible into a double bed 180x200cm).

Baby bed and high chair available on request.

Private enclosed garden of 150 m² with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
There's also a shared area with a converted shed, swing, vegetable garden, orchard and dry toilets.
