In a modern, spacious and bright house, Beby will welcome you with kindness and lots of attention. Several culinary specialities from here and elsewhere (Madagascar) will be proposed to you.
"La Ressource" is located in the green and flowery parts of the village of Préseau. From our balconies, you'll overlook the center or the surrounding countryside, the beautiful terrace and the bucolic garden.
The location makes it the ideal base for discovering northern France and southern Belgium: Valenciennes (8 km), a friendly town of artistic and historical importance, Le Quesnoy and the New Zealand Liberation Museum - TE ARAWHAT (10 km), a town of history with its imposing fortifications designed by Vauban, Le Cateau-Cambrésis (29 km), birthplace of Henri Matisse, St Amand-Les-Eaux 23 km, Mons (B) 40 km, Lille 59 km, a jewel of Flemish architecture with its "old stock exchange" on the Grand-Place and Vieux-Lille...
Set in a large, modern house, the "La Ressource" bed and breakfast offers you the chance to spend some time in a friendly setting at the gateway to the Avesnois, Belgium and Valenciennes, surrounded by beautiful countryside ideal for walks.
2 bedrooms upstairs:
Chambre Beby: One 160x200cm bed, private bathroom with Italian shower, double washbasin, desk area and closet, separate toilet. Private 6 m² balcony.
Chambre Eve : One 160x200cm bed, private bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet (sanibroyeur). Private balcony of 5 m².
Breakfast is served between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m., either in the bedroom, on the balcony or terrace, or in the living room. Cot and high chair available on request.
Private parking for 6 vehicles. Préseau town center 500 m away. Shops (supermarket, butcher, French fry shop, bakery 500m away).

Guillaume Un accueil très chaleureux !
Ma femme et moi avons passé un séjour tout à fait délicieux dans le logis de nos hôtes. Les chambres, et la maison en général, sont très spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût ; la salle de bain individuelle à l'intérieur de la chambre est bien pratique.
L'accueil de Beby et Laurent est exceptionnel ; ils nous ont mis à l'aise, ont été à l'écoute de nos besoins, et ont même eu pour nous plusieurs attentions touchantes...
Nous avons pu profiter de l'Avesnois et de Valenciennes, à quelques minutes de voiture de la chambre d'hôte, et notamment des fameux estaminets du Nord et de la Belgique.- Cleanliness

We had a warm welcome and an warm and excellent stay. The owner is very hospitable. She cookes very well Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. A visit worth repeating!

Harion Incroyable! La maison et ses maitres
Monsieur et Madame nous ont recu dans leur Salon des notre arrivee comme des invites de longue date pour continuer la conversation de la derniere fois. La musique d‘abord et tout le reste. A n‘en pas finir le soir pour continuer le matin. On se croyait entre amis. Un grand merci pour une gentillesse incroyable.

Excellent accueil, Beby et son mari sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes !
Les chambres sont spacieuses, agréables et aménagées avec goût.

K2 Punch à la vanille du Madagaskar
Beby hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und reichhaltig beköstigt. Ihr Punch mit Vanille aus Madagaskar ist ein Traum. Wir hatten auch die Möglichkeit uns tiefgründig auszutauschen. Ich kann "La Ressource" wärmstens empfehlen.
