This charming house is located in the heart of the Avesnois Nature Park. Once a small 18th-century farmhouse, it has been renovated to offer modern comforts while retaining its old-world charm. Surrounded by greenery, it is close to an orchard with a variety of fruit trees, including apple, pear, cherry, plum, raspberry and redcurrant, the fruit of which is used to make jams and a delicious homemade apple juice.

Whether you want to relax in peaceful surroundings or explore the local sights, this house is the perfect place to stay. It's close to the Eurovéloroute 3 cycle path, the Scandibérique, as well as the Val Joly tourist resort, the Chemin Emeraude de l'Avesnois, Maubeuge zoo and many other exciting places to visit. The Val Joly tourist resort is 18 km away, Bavay 27 km, Mons (Belgium) 33 km and Valenciennes 52 km.

Situated in a peaceful spot in the heart of the village and right next to the greenway (about 400 meters away for a bike ride), this 70 m² semi-detached gîte is nestled in the heart of the magnificent Avesnois region.

First floor: living room with wood-burning fireplace (wood supplied), 1 step to kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 gas hobs, hood, fridge), 4 steps to bathroom (small claw-foot bath, 90x90 shower and washbasin). Separate WC in bathroom. 80 cm TV.
Narrow, quarter-turn staircase.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm). WIFI (fiber).

The gîte has its own private garden with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue and enclosed bicycle storage. Street parking is available.

A pétanque court, a swing for children, three deckchairs and a parasol to enjoy the fine weather in complete tranquillity!
