Cathy, the owner of the guest house, invites you to discover the warm welcome of an old renovated farmhouse. Enjoy a wellness area with a private spa and sauna (available at extra charge). Recharge your energies in a floral and verdant setting, just 2 km from the Mérignies golf course (a 27-hole course with summer greens all winter, remaining green throughout the summer season) and the equestrian center.
Explore the surrounding area by bike, with the possibility of riding on the emblematic cobblestones of the Paris-Roubaix race. Shops such as a bakery and butcher are nearby, as are a variety of restaurants (pizzeria, estaminet, gourmet).
Lille-Lesquin airport 10 km. Orchies 14 km, Grand Stade Pierre MAUROY Decathlon Aréna de Villeneuve d'Ascq 17 km, Lille (Les Jeux 2024) and Douai 20 km, Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux spa 29 km, CHRU (Centre Hospitalier Régional Universitaire) de Lille 21 km. Tournai (Belgium) 37 km, Brussels 121 km.
In the heart of the village of Mérignies, nestled in the Pévèloise countryside, "Parenthèse Florale" invites you to enjoy a magnificent view of its landscaped garden.
The room is accessed by climbing four steps from the porch entrance. With its 16 m², this room offers remarkable comfort, and its plant decor underlines the floral passion of the owner, who designed the custom-made headboard with her own hands.
The room features a 160 x 200 bed, a private bathroom with a 140X80cm walk-in shower, a large bathtub, a washbasin and plenty of storage space.

On the premises, enjoy access to the outdoor spa, nestled in the garden with a temperature of 36°C, as well as a sauna (at an extra charge of €70 for 2 people, usable until 11pm).
In the evening, relax over a brazier in the garden. Two bicycles are also available for exploring the area at your leisure.

Nous avons profité de la nuit, du sauna/jacuzzi et d'un petit déjeuner fait très copieux avec des produits de qualité. La décoration est sublime et vient sublimer ce moment hors du temps.

5/5Accueil hyper chaleureux. Une résidence particulièrement chaleureuse et une literie exceptionnelle.
Des hôtes présent sans être pesant, une petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux.
On repart avec un pot de confiture maison et reposé.

5/5We had an absolutely amazing time at La parenthèse florale.
The accommodation was excellent but the best part of our visit
was the wonderfull reception from Cathy & Christian.
They both were very attentive and went out of their
way to make us welcome - nothing was too much trouble.The breakfast was also delicious, with a huge variety of
regional products & homemade jams from their own beautiful
garden.Thank you both for a marvelous stay, we will most definitely
be back and highly recommend anyone looking for an excellent
