You’ll be staying in a large house set amid a south-facing lawn; with its rustic furnishings, it’s like a trip back to the turn of the century… but with all the comforts of the 21st century!

Fishing is available year-round in the private pond and the river.

The property is located near a railroad crossing with very little traffic.

Ground floor: living room with a 115cm TV and Wi-Fi.
Dining room and separate restroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, etc.

First floor: a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Separate restroom.
Laundry room with washing machine; a baby bed and high chair are available.
Two connecting bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm double bed and a 90x190 cm single bed,
One bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and an adjoining private bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.

Private, enclosed garden of 500 m² with a patio, patio furniture, and a barbecue.
Secure storage for bicycles and motorcycles is available.
Fishing is available in the 1,500 m² pond (Holiday cottage for fishing).

Utility costs, bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.
A maximum of one dog or cat is allowed.
