Alain welcomes you to "La Fermette", a Holiday cottage set up in 1993 in his grandparents' former home, completely renovated in 2022 in a cocooning spirit. Nestled in 1,000 m² of wooded grounds, this typically Flemish building, with its dark tiles and bricks baked on site in 1922, embodies the charm of traditional architecture.

Set in the heart of the Countryside, in the Monts de Flandre conservation area, the Holiday cottage offers a peaceful yet easily accessible setting: the A25 motorway entrance is just 3 kilometers away.

The surrounding countryside is ideal for day trips to Lille, Bruges, Brussels, Bergues, the sandy beaches... and even London! Farm products, craft brewery nearby. Shops 500 m away, Pharmacy, Doctors, train station, freeway access 2 km. Belgium 1 km, Lille 25 km. Sea 40 km. Bruges 75 km. Béthune 33 km, Lens 50 km.

First floor: Living room with dining area, sitting room (pellet stove), fitted kitchen (ceramic hob with 3 burners, integrated oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, microwave...). Bathroom (120x90cm Italian shower and washbasin), separate WC. Wifi (fiber broadband).

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms of 7 m² (living area), one with a 140x190cm bed and one with three 90x190cm beds.

Baby equipment on request (Umbrella bed, high chair, baby bath and changing mat).

1,000 m² of shared, unfenced grounds with swing set. 3 private terraces (19, 22 and 12.50 m²) with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Unenclosed private garden of 30m².

Utilities not included. Rental of sheets and towels (8€/bed). End-of-stay cleaning extra (€25).
