In a former farmhouse, 280 m² group gîte (NON ERP).
First floor: four bedrooms with 1 bed 140x200. Large recreation room (table soccer, billiards, large corner sofa, WIFI, flat-screen TV), equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob (6 burners), oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), laundry room (washing machine), games room, shower room with 2 showers and 2 WCs.
Upstairs: 11 bedrooms (bed 140x200) in total, including 7 with private shower room and WC and 4 bedrooms with shared sanitary facilities (separate WC, 1 shower, 1 washbasin).
Secure parking for 5 cars (video surveillance) and private 400m² garden with barbecue and garden furniture.
Bed linen provided. Housekeeping package extra (€110). Towels and household linen NOT PROVIDED. Electric heating charges included.
No parties allowed and no arrivals after 6pm.

Super week-end entre amis
5/5Séjour en février 2024 entre amis. Gite parfaitement adapté et bien équipé. Le grand salon avec le billard et le babyfoot est un plus.
Deux remarques mineures :
- quelques plats et saladiers supplémentaires seraient le bienvenu.
- un second réfrigérateur serait peut-être utile l'été.
