Nestled in the heart of a squared farmhouse (polyculture), this former farm-brewery dating from 1763 is located along the main street leading to the village center.
First floor: large fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room (dishwasher, oven, microwave, extractor fan, 5 ceramic hobs), living room with fireplace (wood basket offered), TV (120cm), hall, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine/dryer combination. WIFI (fiber).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 80x200cm or 1 bed 160x200cm, crib), (2 beds 80x200cm or 1 bed 160x200cm), (1 bed 160x200cm). 2 bathrooms with Italian shower (120x75cm), washbasin. separate wc. bed linen included, gas central heating, utilities included. Tourist tax payable on site.
