Situated 200m from the Belgian border, in the middle of fields and on a farm, this house of character with yellow bricks, glazed tiles and blue shutters will amaze you. From this typical Hofstede farmhouse dating back to 1812, you'll have a superb view of the surrounding Countryside and be able to spot rabbits, hares and pheasants at dawn.
Come and relax with family or friends, 15km from the Opal Coast and its sandy beaches. You can also discover the giants of Flanders, its windmills and its altarpieces, before taking a break in one of the many estaminets and tasting the famous beers of which the Nord region is so proud! Or perhaps you'd prefer to enjoy a peaceful, green setting where you can rediscover Wellbeing and serenity.

Superbe maison en pleine nature mais toutefois proche d'une petite ville (1 km) disposant de tous les commerces nécessaires, situation idéale pour visites aux alentours y compris en Belgique (52 kms de Bruges).
la Propriétaire a constitué une documentation importante sur les lieux à visiter, non pas un amas de prospectus en 36000 exemplaires mais des classeurs comportant également des articles de journaux se rapportant à l'historique de ces lieux, office de tourisme à domicile, géré par une personne passionnée par sa région, formidable! Familie N Rustig familieweekend
Mooi rustiek huis in een zeer rustige straat. De charme van het huis compenseert de ouderdom. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Het huis was proper en alles was aanwezig. Vlakbij de kust en Plopsaland dus ideaal voor een familieweekend. De afgesloten tuin en de grote oprit bieden veel plaats voor kinderen om te spelen.

It was great to stay in the home , with our group of painters, it was a nice place with nice views.

Charlotte Au coeur du pays du lin
Nous avons passés deux très belles semaines dans ce gîte parfait pour les familles. La maison a beaucoup de charme. Elle est bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. Les pièces de vie sont spacieuses et le jardin avec terrasse très agréable. Enfin le gîte est très bien situé pour découvrir la flandre côté français ou belge ( 45 min de Bruges) et nous avons même passé une journée aux Pays Bas. La maison est entourée de champs de lins et Hondschoote est un village charmant.
Nous avons apprécié également d'être à 15 minutes de la belle plage de Zuydcoote.
Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil bienveillant. Nous y reviendrons avec joie.- Cleanliness
