Christine, the owner, is a Wellbeing massage therapist and also offers massage and fitness services. (Additional charge of 50€ per massage, payable on site).

The cottage has a strategic location just a few minutes from major roads, making it easy to travel to Maubeuge, Belgium, or the surrounding area.
All shops are within a 6-kilometer radius.

Places to visit on the French side: Maubeuge (just a few minutes away), a fortified city with ramparts designed by Vauban—perfect for a stroll through the city center. Maubeuge Zoo
Ideal for a day out, with many species to discover. Avesnois Regional Nature Park: Lush green landscapes, hiking trails, quaint villages, and local specialties. Val Joly: A lake with water sports, walking trails, and relaxation in the heart of nature.

Places to visit on the Belgian side: Mons (about 30 min away): A vibrant city with its Grand-Place, museums, and cultural heritage. Pairi Daiza: One of Europe’s most beautiful wildlife parks—a must-see in the region. Charleroi: A city undergoing a revival, ideal for a city getaway. Bonne-Espérance Abbey: A superb historic site for a peaceful cultural visit.
