A gîte ideally located for discovering both the North and Belgium, close to the spa town of Saint Amand les Eaux.

Marie-Françoise and Michel welcome you to their gîte opposite their farm, which produces organic apples and is close to their home.

You'll be just a stone's throw from Belgium, with a view of the Howardries woods. Rumegies is part of the Parc Naturel Scarpe Escaut and the Parc Naturel Transfrontalier du Hainaut. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet, but the village center is within easy walking distance. And for spa-goers, the Saint-Amand-les-Eaux thermal baths are just 12km away.

Halfway between Lille and Valenciennes, discover the region's unspoilt heritage and landscapes. Hike in the national forest, take a trip on the Scarpe in an electric boat, kayak or paddle, and don't forget the river port of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux! Discover the UNESCO-listed heritage site and the famous trouée d'Arenberg, a not-to-be-missed stage of the Paris Roubaix race.

Small shops in the village and supermarket 10km away. Rosult train station 6km away.

First floor: Living room with dining area, 80cm TV and WIFI.
Fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker.
Bathroom with 120cm shower cubicle and washing machine. Separate WC. Dryer shared with the other gîte.

Upstairs: One bedroom with double bed 140x190cm and one bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm. Cot, highchair and baby bath on request.

Private enclosed garden of 50m² with courtyard equipped with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. View over fields, orchards and cows.
Secure parking in the courtyard for three vehicles. Communal table soccer available.

Energy charges and bed linen (made up on arrival) included in the price.
End-of-stay cleaning optional.
