In the heart of a quiet, leafy village, the gîte du puits can accommodate up to 6 people, in a completely renovated house with clean, modern lines and a peaceful, restful atmosphere.
Right in the heart of the Escaut valley, you'll have the pleasure of discovering the Cambrésis region and its surroundings, savoring typical northern specialties (bêtises de Cambrai, andouillette, maroilles, waffles), discovering the cultural heritage of this magnificent region (Matisse Museum, Lace Museum, Louvre-Lens, Vaucelles Abbey, Beer Museum, Fine Arts Museum, Cambrai...) and exploring the many paths of memory that have marked our history.
Cambrai 20km, Douai 50km, Valenciennes 45km, Lille 92km.
Gîte adjoining the owners' residence.
First floor: Open-plan living room with 128cm TV, DVD and WIFI (fiber optic).
Fully-equipped kitchen with 3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, pod coffee maker...
Bathroom with bathtub and laundry room with washer-dryer.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, each with two single beds 90x200cm (convertible into a double bed 180x200cm).
A small attic bedroom with two single beds 90x200cm.
A landing with a desk. Cot and high chair available.
Bathroom with shower cubicle 80x80cm and WC.
Enclosed 670m² garden not overlooked with garden furniture, barbecue, slides....
Unenclosed bike or motorcycle shed.
Private terrace under car-port.

Marcel Magnifique gîte dans un village calme
Notre famille a apprécié la tranquillité de notre gîte moderne à Élincourt. Des baguettes fraîches étaient livrées chaque matin depuis le distributeur automatique situé à deux pas de l'église.
La région est imprégnée d'histoire, notamment de la Première Guerre mondiale. Les environs regorgent de choses à découvrir, notamment de belles villes comme Saint-Quentin et Arras.

Griet & Koen Quelle belle maison de vacances
Quelle belle maison de vacances. Nous avons apprécié ce gîte en milieu de semaine pendant les vacances de Noël. Nous avons passé un moment merveilleusement paisible en famille. L'accueil de Madame Debril a été très chaleureux. Ça vaut le coup de le répéter !
